7-19B TUBULAR TYPE STRANDING MACHINE

   

Features:

• Tubular type high speed stranding with back twist, for 7/12/19B copper/aluminum round & compact conductors and steel wires stranding.
• The wire pass tunnel is located on the surface of bobbin cartridge tube, which makes for easy stringing of the strand core.
•  Cartridge bobbin tension can be controlled via powder brake, or slip band. 
•  The tubular is supported by integral bearing or GESADUR under roller according to customers’ needs.
• Equipped with noise absorbing safety cover.
• PLC control of laying pitch pre-setting and auto- wire tension compensation control
