DOUBLE TWIST BUNCHING MACHINE

Features:

Double twist type twisting with back twist
Suitable for telephone cable, power cable, electrical cable, computer cable, automotive cable, LAN cable (CAT 5/CAT6)
Main rotor and capstan wheel and take up unit are driven by individual motors.
PLC control of speed synchronization and laying pitch pre-setting.
Operating Direction - Optional for Right or Left wire inlets.
Take-up tension control - Manual tension adjustment/Optional auto tension control by powder clutch).
Reel elevator - Shaftless type, manual lifting/Optional for electrical reel elevator.
Traversing unit - Rolling ring drive units. Winding pitch and breadth are adjustable
Safety locks at front door and cover
Noise levels - 65~75 dB
Colors - Standard apple green or by request
Automatic Stop System - Machine auto stops when 1. inner/outer wire breaks 2. Reach setting length 3. Door open.
Start/Stop - 1. Soft start and stop controlled by inverter 2. Emergency stop by electromagnetic brake
Power supply, bobbin pintle, operating direction and color made on request
