AUTO COILING MACHINES – DUAL HEAD COILER

Features:

• State of the art - Dual Head Coiling does  wire rolls 200' - 4000'+ (60m-1200m) length, with automatic wire sending, holding, cutting and roll winding, full computerized control.
• Tandem with extrusion lines, finished wire continuous winding into coils with a desired length.

• Machines can be run on-line or off-line. Off-line running requires a suitable  pay-off and accumulator.

  Application:

• Horizontally coiling wires from an extrusion or pay off line. The machine will do length counting, wire feeding to coiling head, wire coiling, and cut the wire when the pre-set length is reached. The machine will move the finished coil to the working plate.
•  Wire diameter: See spec table below.

Options:

• Binders - this option applies a corded tie to the coil – 2 bind or 4 bind option.
• Spark tester -  the  software  to run this option is included with coiler.
• Coiler can be connected via bridge to an auto coil wrapper.
