COOLING TROUGH & DUAL WHEEL CAPSTAN

Features:

A three section cooling trough (movable trough +single trough +double layer trough with multi- pass U turn wheels).
Water spray nozzle cooling, water sliding beds and top covers to be fitted for wire smoothly pass over at high speed.
Dual capstan with free rotating U turn wheels + multi-grooves driven capstan wheel connected at both ends of the double layer cooling trough.
System comes complete with high pressure wire drying air wiper.
For fine wire high speed extrusion, an S turn centrifugal force type water wiper wheel at the outlet box can be fitted for wire drying.
