DRUM TWISTER LAYING UP MACHINE
Features:
- For power cable, communication cable laying up, and fiber filler, taping and steel wire armouring.
- Drum twisters can lay up prespiral-sector cable cores and gain stepless variable pitch by PIV/PLC.
- Entire line can be run by transmission shaft or by independent individual synchronous motors.
- Loading and unloading of drums are done by hydraulic platforms.
- Spooler traverser action can be monitored via LCD screen, and adjusted while spooler is rotating.
- Software is designed to be self monitoring for maintenance concerns.
- All alarms and machine parameters are controlled and displayed on a LCD screen.
